About the Role
Build your own luxury travel empire selling private jets, yachts, and exclusive mansion experiences to high-net-worth clientele. King Blaque Airways is seeking Experience Specialist with proven luxury sales success to own exclusive US territories.
💰 Compensation & Equity
Phase 1 - Launch Period:
Tiered commission: 60% (under $5K profit) → 55% ($5K-$10K) → 50% ($10K+)
$1,000 bonus per booking
Performance-based equity (up to 1% ownership)
Phase 2 - Established Partner (after 6 months, 3+ bookings/month, $150K profit generated):
$2,500/month base + tiered commission (35-45%)
$500/month health insurance
Continued equity vesting
Equity Vesting: 0.5% at $250K profit | 0.5% at $500K profit | 4-year vesting
Realistic Earnings: 3 bookings/month = $85K-$95K | 5 bookings/month = $140K-$160K
🎯 What You'll Do
Close high-value bookings ($30K minimum, typically $40K-$150K+)
Develop exclusive territory (West Coast, Central, or East Coast)
Build relationships with UHNW individuals and C-suite executives
Sell jets, yachts, and luxury mansion rentals
Deliver white-glove, royal-level service
