About the Role

The marketing manager will be responsible for the project management and implementation of tactical marketing initiatives for KBA. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with communication skills, as well as excellent writing and copy-editing abilities, time flexibility is important. This is a remote position, so candidate must be comfortable in that environment, with the flexibility to meet during normal work hours and alternative hours as needed.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities may include:

· Developing marketing strategies for new products

· Leading and training a team of Marketing Associates

· Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints

· Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales

· Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management


We are looking for someone that is:

· Knowledgeable of marketing-related advertising, market research, technology, and budgeting

· Proficient with marketing-related software programs

· Effective in communication skills for interacting with team members, upper management, and clients

· Time management and organization skills to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects and initiatives

· Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services


The filler of this position should be able to:

· Track the effectiveness of content to support marketing communication objectives

· Actively build and maintain media databases

· Participate in weekly meetings; prepare agendas and minutes as needed


We are looking for someone who is:

· A self-starter that is resourceful, creative, and capable of handling multiple projects at once

· Able to work in a fast-paced, environment while efficiently and effectively managing competing priorities

· Excellent with oral and written communications

· Able to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively to produce measurable results

· Able to assess situations accurately and determine the appropriate action


Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

· Experience in progressive marketing communication roles

· Fluency across multiple social media platforms


Availability:

  • Standard 8-hour day, must be flexible due to workload

  • Depending on workload, may need to work weekends

  • Flexible time commitment is a must; as you may work or meet with us remotely and/or in person in Orlando, FL, for occasional on-site meetings with our team
